Extremely pleasant and helpful staff enhanced the stay in this quiet hotel. The room featured a superb bed and a useful terrace for smoking. The location was convenient for shops and within reasonable walking distance to Kensington attractions. Breakfast offerings were good, though somewhat repetitive over two days, with room for more engaging service from breakfast staff. The Pasha Suite provided fabulous views of the square from private balconies.
