The location was excellent, offering great links to central London and a short walk to Earls Court station. Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like free tea, coffee, water, and complimentary fruit at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. A king-size bed was available in some rooms.
