The location was excellent, offering easy access to Oxford Street and other popular areas. The hotel provided a lively vibe with a welcoming lobby and bar area. Staff were very polite and went the extra mile, including arranging a welcome gift for special occasions. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and featured great views of Marble Arch. Breakfast offered a wide selection that satisfied various tastes.
