The hotel was very clean with a comfortable room that had a safe, fridge, and ironing board. The location was perfect near Southwark tube station and within walking distance to Borough Market, The Strand, and Waterloo Bridge. Katie at the front desk was lovely and took care of my wife when her bag was pinched as well as our autistic son who was upset. The breakfast buffet had lots of fresh choices while the pool and sauna were excellent amenities for families.
