The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport including buses, trains, and the underground. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a small fridge, coffee machine, and L'Occitane shower products. Proximity to major landmarks allowed for convenient walking distances.
