The hotel featured a beautiful setting and an excellent location near Blackfriars tube and the South Bank area. Rooms were comfortable, modern, and clean with excellent beds and showers. The reception staff provided a warm welcome and attentive service throughout the stay. Breakfast offered fresh fruit alongside a variety of hot options in the buffet. Access to nearby venues such as O2 was very convenient.
