The staff were excellent and highly professional throughout the stay. The location was perfect, close to tube stations yet remarkably quiet. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable, featuring thoughtful touches that enhanced the experience. Bars offered good food and a relaxing atmosphere. A midday checkout option was available for added convenience.
