This property has a strict no stag, hen or large party policy.

Please be aware that should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the property, guests will be charged.

Please be aware that guests are responsible to keep key cards with them at all times.

In case of loss or damage there is a charge of GBP 50 per key card.

If you lose the key card, the property can only access the apartment between 08:00 and 20:00.

Outside of the operating hours, guests will have to personally collect the key from the property head office address at: Rockwell Hotel, 181-183 Cromwell Road, Cromwell Road, Kensington, SW5 0SF.

This office has a 24-hour reception desk.

Photo identification is mandatory.
