Friendly and helpful staff invited guests to a complimentary Happy Hour in reception, rooms were clean and modern with mini kitchenettes and Molten Brown products in bathrooms, the location was perfect near Victoria Station with easy walking access to Buckingham Palace and major sights like Piccadilly Circus within 15-20 minutes.
