We found the stay very relaxing, and we appreciated the friendliness of all your staff. Our room was very clean, and we loved how soft the carpet felt underfoot. The location was great, and the building is extremely grand, giving it the feel of a proper holiday hotel rather than a rent-a-room style hotel.
