The location was perfect for Westfield and the tube with the tube station visible from the window, yet it was not too loud inside. The reception was manned 24/7 and staff were friendly and helpful while check-in and check-out were fluent. The room was clean, nicely decorated, had good lighting options, a plug next to the bed, a comfortable bed, a good-sized bathroom with good facilities, and options for room temperature.
