Spacious, clean apartment had a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and large refrigerator. The location was excellent near Victoria Station with many restaurants and close to Buckingham Palace where the Royal Horse Guards were seen riding past the front gate. The customer service team was polite, helpful, and responded quickly while honoring requests not to be placed in basement rooms.
