The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Matt the manager, Federico, and La. The room was excellent, spotless, beautifully designed with a perfect mattress. The location was great for exploring Richmond Park and was only a 20-minute walk into Richmond. The property had an excellent outside garden/dining area and served a wide range of excellent food including an excellent continental breakfast and Sunday lunch.
