The hotel was in a great location near Paddington with convenient access to public transportation and various restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, with a balcony, kitchenette facilities, and excellent storage. The staff were friendly and helpful, with Simone at night reception providing outstanding help during a medical issue. Complimentary Prosecco, chocolates, and fruit were given for a birthday celebration. The hotel had modern amenities including game and cinema rooms as well as a rooftop terrace and lounge area for coffee.
