Friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady on the front desk who helped with an easy check-in, made the stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchenette was an advantage and the penthouse suite was phenomenal with daily room cleaning and towel/sheet changes. The location was great, close to Gloucester Road tube station, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and bus lines.
