The hotel offered a compact, clean room with a kitchenette and a good en suite bathroom. The location was excellent, just minutes from Hyde Park and several tube stations including Queensway. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Amenities included a kettle, coffee pods, fridge, hairdryer, and safe. Hot water was plentiful with a rain shower enhancing comfort during the visit.
