The staff provided excellent service, including a very early check-in and complimentary breakfast while waiting for the room. The location offered easy access to central London and nearby attractions like the Transport Museum. The restaurant served good food with attentive waitstaff. Rooms were small but functional, and cleaning staff were responsive throughout the stay.
