Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment.
This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.At Quiet Central West End Apartments by Indigo Flats, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.

The apartment featured straightforward access and a clean, fresh atmosphere that felt like a home from home. The location was excellent, very central to Soho with quiet surroundings at night. Rooms were spacious by London standards, and the kitchen supplies were adequate and new. Communication with staff was exceptional, ensuring any issues were quickly handled. Washing equipment was convenient for longer stays.
