We stayed in a clean, spacious apartment near Portobello Road with lots of cafes and shops around. It’s a bit of a walk from the tube, but having a playground right across was great for the kids, and watching the sunset from the fifth floor was a nice touch. The kitchen had basic tools, though some condiments would’ve helped, and the bathrooms were roomy with plenty of towels and an en suite in one bedroom.
