The location was great and close to Paddington Station with easy access to the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast ladies who served a simple but really good breakfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable, warm, cozy, and had a speedy lift. Bags were stored before normal check-in time which made arrival easier.
