The location was really good with underground just a few minutes away and Hyde Park and Westfield Shopping center within walking distance. Ari was great and fixed the heater promptly while offering alternative accommodation until it was repaired. The room was clean, decently sized, with daily cleaning when requested, and had an ensuite shower that was easy to operate. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage on the first and last day under security camera surveillance in the corridor. A coffee shop downstairs had beautiful Victorian decor and served very good breakfast.
