Located in central London, the hotel offered spacious and refurbished family rooms along with a great English breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern bathrooms. The dining staff remained welcoming even during busy times. Free Cadbury hot chocolate was available all day for guests.
