The location was great, close to Bayswater underground and three different tube stations with shops, cafes, restaurants, and Kensington Gardens nearby. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms and good showers. The room had comfy beds and pillows but was small for the price. Bag storage was free on arrival and departure.
