Helpful reception staff, especially Stanley and Vukshana, made the stay pleasant and accommodating. The room was modern with a comfy bed, plenty of USB outlets, a good size bathroom with an excellent shower, ironing board, iron, and safe at no extra cost. Breakfast was small but very good. Location was perfect close to Victoria train and coach station as well as iconic landmarks like Big Ben with easy access to tube and bus transport.
