The hotel was very centrally located across the road from Victoria coach station with Winter Wonderland within walking distance. The room was clean, warm, comfortable with a large bathroom and small balcony while the staff were welcoming, professional, friendly and helped carry luggage up steep stairs in a building without a lift.
