The hotel featured beautifully decorated and furnished rooms with vibrant, tasteful decor. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, including notable members such as Sonja, Louis, and Gareth. Access to private gardens opposite the property added a personal touch to the stay. The location near Sloane Square was excellent and quiet. Breakfasts were delicious, complementing the overall first-class experience.
