Arlington House Apartments charges a holding deposit within 72 hours of your arrival date. This is refunded after departure ensuring all of the following have been adhered to:

(a) All bills are paid and all keys are returned.
(b) All contents, utensils and appliances are left in a perfectly clean and working condition.
(c) If dry cleaning or steam cleaning is required to furnishings and carpets after departure an appropriate amount will be deducted.
(d) All broken, missing or soiled items on the inventory are replaced or relevant costs paid.

However this changes depending on the length of stay:

3 night stay - 1 nights accommodation
3 to 6 nights stay - 2 nights accommodation
6 to 12 nights - 5 nights accommodation
12 Nights or more please contact the apartments

Please note that there is a porter service 24 hours a day.

A light cleaning service, including general cleaning, vacuuming and bed-making, takes place once a week based on a week stay, but does not include personal maid services. Towels and linens are changed weekly. We are providing Housekeeping service is once a week with linen change.At Arlington House Apartments, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Arlington House Apartments, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
