Exceptional service was provided with early room access granted at 8 a.m., exceeding typical expectations. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay, arranging special touches such as balloons, fruit, chocolate, and cake for celebrations. The hotel featured stunning facilities in a fabulous central location. Valet attendants offered warm welcomes consistently. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with great amenities.
