Room changes due to personal preferences will apply a charge of £36 for admin and cleaning fees, additional charges may apply.

Service cleans are set for bookings that are 8 days or more.

The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cot. Please note service cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. If you refuse a clean, please inform the reservations team so that they can reschedule the clean.
