Friendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman at reception who was kind and welcoming, free fruit and water were available, the room was clean with daily housekeeping and had everything needed, secure parking lot was behind the building which was convenient for London, location was close to many stores, local amenities, buses, subway and Elizabeth Line making it easy to get around with a quiet neighborhood near ExCel.
