Please note that a copy of the guest photo ID need to be sent to the property prior to arrival.

All bookings are subject to name and address verification.

Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition).

Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment.

Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival.

If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

If this condition is broken a fee of GBP 250 will be charged.

The property is in a residential area; please avoid excessive noise.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
