The location was excellent and very central with easy access to Charing Cross, Leicester Square, and Embankment. The apartment had a balcony for sitting outside and was comfortable for two adults and two children with beds, dining room, and toilets. The host sent someone quickly to hand over the keys when the lockbox was stuck, but the key collection point was about six minutes walk away. There was no lift in the building so luggage weight needed consideration. Two bars next to the door made it a little noisy around the building.
