We found it to be good value with a private, fully self-contained unit in a diverse community that had everything we needed. It’s a bit worn but clean and comfortable, though the high bath required a folding step to get into the shower, which might be tricky for some. Carlos was a great host who answered quickly, and the spot is handy-close to Aldgate East underground, cafes, restaurants like Puppa, shops, and a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
