The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorisation. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorisation of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.

The apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen and spacious, clean rooms. The location was central, close to several tube stations including Mansion Street, providing excellent access around the city. The property offered good security with key fob entry and soundproof construction that minimized noise from adjacent rooms. Beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were provided weekly during cleaning. Hot water was plentiful with a bath and shower combination available.
