The location was perfect for the conference and right next to a bus station with easy access to two tube stations. Claire, the host, was very helpful and attentive while the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a hair dryer, kettle, coffee, mini fridge with milk and water bottles, TV with Netflix, free WiFi, iron and board. The bathroom had toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste provided without extra charges.
