The hotel featured an excellent location with convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay. Rooms were clean and offered good space, some with impressive views of the London skyline. Concierge services provided exceptional assistance upon arrival and departure. An evening presentation was held in the ballroom within the hotel premises.
