Helpful and friendly staff, especially the host who answered calls promptly with clear instructions, were present. The bedroom had a big comfy bed, ensuite bathroom, mini fridge, kettle, and TV with guest Netflix. The location was excellent with a ten-minute walk to Stratford Train station and Westfield Shopping Centre.
