The location was excellent, just a short walk from Waterloo Station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good size and maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast offered great choices of food to suit everyone despite being busy but well staffed. On-site dining options added convenience for guests nearby numerous eateries.
