We stayed in a clean, tidy, and reasonably spacious 2-bed apartment in a great location with a host who really thought about what would make our stay better. There were free breakfast items like cereal, tea, and coffee, plus drinks and essentials like toothbrushes available for purchase, which came in handy when our daughter's friend forgot hers. Having free on-site parking with a permit was a huge bonus, especially for London.
