Round-the-clock receptionThe hotel was very central, close to Gloucester Road underground station and several museums. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, including double queen beds ideal for families. Breakfast offered a good variety of options such as full English or fruit. The shower featured excellent water pressure and pleasant toiletries.
