The studio was cosy and exceptionally clean with a newly installed comfy bed and high quality appliances. The location was very close to London Victoria, Chelsea Hospital, and shops with a handy supermarket across the road. The host was very friendly, responsive, helpful, showed around the studio at arrival, allowed early bag drop-off and late pick-up, and was available by phone for any issues.
