We stayed in a comfortable flat for 3-4 people, right opposite Limehouse DLR station, which made getting to Bank, Tower Hill, or Canary Wharf really easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the place had two bedrooms with one quieter towards the courtyard, and it was nice that there was water in the fridge when we arrived.
