Close proximity to the underground station allowed easy access to central locations. The area was quiet and near shops, providing convenience. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities, including shampoo and body wash in pump bottles. A small car park accommodated about three cars. Prompt maintenance addressed issues such as a leaking toilet within an hour of reporting.
